Donation Policy

Donations made to Globira Medical Council are voluntary contributions made to support social initiatives including health awareness, farmer guidance, and educational encouragement.

As donations are intended to support charitable activities, they are generally non-refundable.

Refund Consideration

In exceptional cases where a donation has been made in error or due to a technical issue, refund requests may be considered.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Donor name

• Donation amount

• Date of transaction

• Transaction reference number

Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7-10 working days to reflect in the donor’s account depending on the payment provider.
